I enquired with c.15 companies to install an electric gate to my property.  KLH Gates were the only company who confidently said they could do it and suggested the installation of a large telescope gate.  Kris and the teams service was excellent from start to finish.

The quote was comprehensive and Kris gave me the confidence he could pull off this unique and hard job.  During the design phase I was provided detailed drawings and the team addressed all of my questions.

Once we got to installation the job was completed to perfection with a real attention to detail and performance of the gate.  The team welcomed my feedback and always addressed any points I raised.

I found the team to be very polite, helpful and  respectful.

Kris and the team at KLH did a fantastic job for us and fitted an amazing set of electric gates....we highly recommend them!

Our gate requirement was far from standard as we wanted a complex size arrangement but also live in a very rural open area, so the wind was a big factor for them to consider.
They came up with a solution, then designed, manufactured and installed us a very modern (and great looking!) bespoke set of electric gates.
The whole installation team were great to deal with, they respond whenever you contact them and are always willing to help or advise, nothing is too much trouble.

Just thought I’d share my experience of having my electronic gate motor replaced by a local company, KLH Gates www.klhgates.co.uk

From my initial contact with Kris the process was smooth, straightforward, and efficient. On his initial visit he surveyed the existing equipment and suggested the best approach to my particular situation and offered advice on meeting the latest H & S installation legislation. After consideration of Kris’s advice, I decided to have the additional safety features installed and placed the order by means of a deposit.

Once the necessary components had arrived a date was set for the installation from which there was no deviation, which is a pleasant surprise in this day and age.

Without further prompting both Kris and his colleague turned up at the specified time and date.

Lucas was the engineer who carried out the majority of work with the quality control and final inspection undertaken by Kris. There was a thorough handover process to familiarize myself with the new features leaving me confident in the gates operation.

Although the weather was somewhat inclement at the time of installation the schedule was adhered to without delay. Lucas was industrious throughout the process, and I always felt confident of his ability to carry out the specified works to the highest standards.

Apart from the great service received from Kris and Lucas I found their customer approach both respectful and courteous with that individual touch that makes them a pleasure to deal with which is not my experience of larger corporate companies.

I would have no hesitation in recommending KLH to anyone requiring the services they offer and will definitely use them for my personal requirements should the need arise.

I wish them all the best in their future business endeavours.
